Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may be damaged or is not as described*. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may issue a refund (in the form of store credits to your online account) or exchange, upon approval of return.
- Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- To begin the return process, please email email@example.com the Reason for Return together with the original Order Number as proof of purchase. If an item is faulty, please provide full details.
- Please do not send the item back to us unless we authorize you to do so via a return confirmation email. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return/refund to be processed.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may ship using any method of your choice. Please note return shipping is best sent via a traceable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery. We will not be responsible for tracking your return shipment, for any taxes incurred, or for missing incoming deliveries.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (i.e. swap sizes for shoes), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send instructions on returns/exchanges via email.
- Once your return has been received, we will send you an email updating you of its status.
- After we’ve checked the item and it has passed our quality control, you will receive an email containing your refund in the form of store credits. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund. Unfortunately, due to the costs of handling, processing, shipping international orders, and payments, we cannot issue cash refunds for returns. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
- You may use the store credit for any purchase from our online store.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns and exchange policy.
* Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and/or size are normal and natural.
